Note: All sessions are preceeded by a 15 minute warm up and followed by a 10 – 15 minute cool down depending on location of the last effort. High Viz vests are compulsory (effective from 6th September 2007) until the nights get lighter.

a selection of hot snacks are now available from the bar at the Wootton Community Centre. You can pre-order at the bar before your run. See the bar staff for details.
