	Annette Burgess Chairperson E: chairperson@woottonroadrunners.co.uk Annette makes sure that the committee runs as a team and the committee is able to manage and oversee the running of the club. Annette manages the Committee and General meetings, ensuring that the decisions made by the Committee are of the best interests to the Club and are carried out. She also keeps a close eye on the Club finances through the Treasurer and represents the Club at any governing body, EA network meetings etc. Annette manages the Club coaches and ensures the Club night training schedules are in place.
	Lorayne Keet-Marsh Club & Social Secretary E: secretary@woottonroadrunners.co.uk Lorayne plans and organises the committee meeting, General meetings and ensures related papers, committee elections and the relevant papers are distributed in advance. Lorayne keeps permanent records of registration with Affiliated Bodies, AGM and committee meeting minutes and to ensure that the club constitution is up to date and in force. Lorayne applies to England Athletics for club places at the London Marathon and organises the Club coach to the event. Lorayne also helps out as a Social secretary too.
	Mike Dowdy Treasurer E: michael@michaeltd.plus.com Mike manages the Club money - Club funds, bank account and keep the club's accounts. Mike provides a monthly financial summary to the committee and the annual accounts for the AGM.
	Mike Kendall Race Director E: races@woottonroadrunners.co.uk Mike, with the help of the Race team plans, organises, co-ordinates the successful running of the Club Blisworth Friday 5 Series and the Cross Country events held by the Club as part of the Three Counties Cross Country League. The role involves making the submission for a race permit to England Athletics, booking British Red Cross, the HQ and the farm, organising mementos, managing the entries – the list is endless. Mike is always on the look out for members to join his race team, contact him if you’re interested in helping out.
	Dave Parkins Northants AA Liaison E: networkandcounty@woottonroadrunners.co.uk Dave is our Club Liaison with Northants Athletics and the local running club Network. Dave represents the Club at these Groups meetings and actively works with the local Clubs to gain benefits for all and makes then aware of our Club race dates.
	Paula Murphy Membership Secretary E: membership@woottonroadrunners.co.uk Paula manages the Club membership throughout the year. She collects membership and England Athletic forms, ensure payments are made and registers all members with England Athletics online. Paula maintains the Club membership database of all member’s details for the current year. New members details are passed onto for Club communications and kit orders. 	Paul Matthews Cross Country Secretary E: paul.matthews2005@btinternet.com Paul, with the help of Diane Rogers represent the Club at Cross Country League Meetings. Both Paul and Diane manage the cross country race administration for the Club (Registration, fees, scoring etc) and ensure rules are adhered to in accordance with the Three Counties Cross Country League. They actively encourage members to participate in the cross country races. Contact Paul if are interested in Cross Country, running or just helping out.
	Hannah Groves Social Secretary E: hannah.groves@hotmail.com Hannah, together with Lorayne makes suggestions for the Club social events. The social events are then planned, communicated and hosted. Social events include the Christmas Ball, Presentation Evening, Kingham Camping weekend, ice skating, BBQs. Contact Hannah if you have any social event ideas.
	Nicola Wood Website, Club Promotion & Communication E: info@woottonroadrunners.co.uk Nicola updates and maintains the Club website as well as managing the twice weekly Club email to all members. Nicola also manages the Blisworth Friday 5 series sponsorship and liaises with local newspapers, other Running Clubs, companies, online sports directories to promote the Club and its races.
