WRR Tri Bike

___________________________________________________________________ Equipment
- All
riders please note Please ensure you have the following with you. Spares/pump – You must have at least one spare inner tube (recommend 2) and a pump with you, don’t rely on others fixing your punctures with their spares, it’s not fair so bring you own. Session leaders carry other tools and can help you if you get into trouble). Glasses - are also
recommended, dark for sunny days and clear/yellow lenses for others. Shoes - firm soled shoes (not your
Sunday best) or cycling
specific shoes (because running shoes have too mush give in the soles). |
